How to get help and friends
Hello everyone I’m wondering how I can add friends let alone get any? I have the game connected to my FB account and I’m assuming none of my friends play but how can I get friends in this specific game? I have a ton on the original candy crush saga app but none on candy crush friends saga

Thank you for your inquiry. I can confirm that it is currently a big problem in our app.
I talked about this with some community members and we tried to connect through Candy Crush so we could see each other in Candy Crush Friends as well. Unfortunately, this only worked in two out of 10 cases.
That's why we've developed ideas that you are welcome to vote on. If we get enough stmmen, it will be forwarded to the studio so that it can be implemented.
One idea is to add friends, similar to other games.
The other ideas relate to receiving/sending life. Because we don't have any personal friends in the game, we usually don't get any lives from the random friends.

Thank you for your inquiry. We've also noticed that sending and maintaining life in our game isn't optimal and we'd like to improve it. Please take a look at my colleague's idea @MountainMom and maybe vote. The goal is to improve the function for life in our game.

I assume you are asking why a player is limited to 5 lives at any given time. You are not alone in your frustration. I have created a new idea HERE to enable players to "bank" extra lives. However, we first need to get the functionality for sending and receiving lives in CCFS improved (link in message above from @DieOmimi). You can vote for both ideas in our IDEAS section.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you get an error message. If so, what does it look like? Do you have a screenshot of it?
I know there were some connection issues if you only backed up your save via Facebook and don't have a King account.
That's why I'm not sure if it's the same mistake with you.

Sending and receiving life in our game is actually not optimal. It sometimes works, but is not stable.
