Hi. I have finished level 10 on jelly queen event but it just stays on this level and won’t progress
app is updated and all usual things have been done. I don’t want to reinstall game as I’ve had to do this a few times last couple of months and you lose everything!
in fact every time I update the app something goes wrong 😑

yes I have done everything needed apart from contact support, which I will do now as it seems an isolated incident

Sometimes @dananelle you just need to step back a moment, shut the game off, have a glass of wine and then when you are feeling a bit more mellow - turn the game back on and see if you can play a normal level. Maybe see if you can play an earlier level. Or you could just follow @MollyS advice (😆) or contact player support.

@dananelle this happens to me frequently. I play on android phone with limited space. I go into my setting and clear cache. Also I clear the thousands of emails that accrue in a day. Sometimes it helps
@dananelle whatever you do don't restart your game....you'll lose everything as you already know that smart cookie there hmmmm...I don't like the cookie levels they are ridiculously hard....

Nope it just disappeared when event finished. Wasn’t too worried as I got costume on other device 😝
I had exactly the same on my phone, and did exactly the same as you, I got the costume on my laptop.
@dananelle have you try logout, clear cache, turn off device, and login again? Try it!
The game requires massive amounts of memory. Make sure you have plenty of free memory. Min 2GB, but I think you need at least 5GB.
