Hi everyone, I have the same problem with the Golden tea party that the event disappears without opening part 2. I have reported it to the CM and am waiting for resolution.
Who else is affected, I would like to report here.

@DieOmimi , as I am at the end of the road this is all I can do. It seems to work for others who are at the end of the road.
After completing part 1, my part 2 contest did not appear until several hours later.

@DieOmimi I am not even able to play the first part. I cannot collect any tickets. I pass the level but no ticket.

I am having the same issue...I completed the first part and now the event has disappeared.

Hi @DieOmimi I thought part one of the event was one week and I collected the stars. It is now week two and the second part didn't pop up. My user ID 12150908127.
Creating an account always makes sense. not only if you want to contact support from within the game. Once you've created an account, your progress and gold bars will be stored on King's servers and you can access it from any device. If you buy a new device and don't have an account, you'll need to start at level 1 again.
Please tell me your User ID. You can find them by double-clicking the King logo above your avatar on your profile. It is a technical identifier of your account. We pass the user ID to the studio so that the studio can check where part 2 of the Gold event got stuck. Thank you very much.
If the event hasn't been in your game yet, you're not in the group of players slated for that event. I'm sorry in this case and I'm afraid you won't get it.

@Moh1977 do you mean the price for completing Part 2? There were some time boosters and shares/stickers for lollipops.
The gold bars will only be distributed after the end of the event. It must first be determined how many players are eligible.

I completed the to get to the tea party but after I completed the star chaser to get to the tea party levels but the tea party never popped up I've been trying to get in touch but I didn't know I had to create an account to receive help

@Lola_Pop I reached out to customer service but they have not responded. I am also having issues with this event at first the second part did not show up, today I have it but it shows up twice, in one it says I have played the 10 levels and the other one says I haven't.
I am playing the levels in the one that says I have not but just in case I don't receive the gold bars at the end of the event because of these issues I am also submitting my user id.
This event is extremely frustrating... it's like some sort of magic trick...it shows up and then it disappears! Yesterday the second part of the event finally popped up but today I don't have it at all 🤬

@quad5 I will ask again tomorrow. When you entered your ID, I think it was already the weekend. The CM ́s and the studio are not at work. Maybe our CM gave it to the studio today and it will be fixed tomorrow. Unfortunately, I can't tell you exactly.

Im still waiting for part 2 I already completed part 1 and I even contacted customer support and I all I got is that reply about it being unavailable sometimes I even completed one level and still nothing I feel like the game is trying to cheat me once again like it did with the jubilee event

Dachs Delivery Service is a limited-time event. It ended on Monday and appears again on Friday for the duration of 9 days.
As for the gold bars, if you have completed both parts of the event, you will receive your share after the end of the event. But it will take at least another week.
