Dachs Delivery Service Never Available

@teeweiping, I don't think there is a minimum level required to get the Dachs Delivery Service event. However, a number of players have recently reported that the event disappeared and later reappeared. They have reported this issue on various devices (mobile, Win 10 or 11). Have you tried to play the game on a different device?
A new DDS event is usually started about every two weeks. The current event ends in a few hours on my tablet. You may need to wait for the next event to see if it appears. In the meantime, try our standard troubleshooting measures:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your app and run them
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device
- Then turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.

Thanks for your remind and help, I only a new player of this game who is curious about this features. Hopefully I won't have this issue when I start playing this game. I heard from rebelchild that we need to be at least 34 lv for this feature to be available, is it true?
