I have the Dachs event. Events only come and go. Not everyone gets the event. Sometimes there is no event. Some players have events and some don't.

Guys, thank you all for your replies. But from your answers, I understand that you do not have such a glitch as I have. Now I will try to explain what is happening in my game.

On Friday, a new series of the "Delivery" event began. After our team finished Delivery #1, I opened a new Delivery. But the number of the new delivery was not 2. Delivery #7 (!!!!) opened for me. I realized that this is a new glitch in the game, but I thought that this is not a fatal glitch. It doesn't matter what the shipping number is. The important thing is that the game continues.
Then our team completed the second Delivery (which had #7). On the main screen of the game, on my Delivery icon, the inscription "Open Delivery #8" appeared.
And then I (like in a movie) got into a time loop)))). My game is stuck on delivery #7. I can't open the following Delivery tasks.

I took these screenshots yesterday.
1. The main screen, on which the inscription is visible: "Delivery #8 is open."
2. I click on this inscription to open delivery #8. I receive a team award.
3. Next, I get the main award of the team.
4. After that, the game tells me that delivery #7 is open. (!!!!)
5. I see the inscription on the main screen again: "Delivery #8 is open".
I repeated these steps many times. But every time I return to this main screens of the game, but Delivery #8 does not open.

Have any of you seen such an amazing "fireworks" as I have?
I can now collect an infinite number of boosters)))). But why do I need them if the game hit the next bottom?
(I've restarted the game, logged out, played new levels. It doesn't help.)
UPD: I forgot to say. I play on Win10 and iPhone. This glitch is on both devices.

Have had loads of issues on this game, huge spell of black and pink graphics. Whenever there is an event it seems like there is more going on.

We all know that this game is terribly buggy. The game does not appear any useful features.
And recently, with terrifying speed, those useful functions that were in it until recently began to disappear in this game.
I have a team, but I can't manage it. I have a delivery event, but I can't participate in it.
Why am I in this CCFS game? What am I doing here? Am I standing in the corner like some kind of closet? Or am I, like some experimental mouse, participating in some kind of experiment?
It's disgusting to see all this.

Yes. You said an important thing.
I already said earlier that I worked for an IT company. Therefore, I know that there is such a thing - program versions, software versions. You said right. Developers always keep previous versions of the software. If their further actions do not lead to better software, then they usually roll back to the previous version and they start all over again.
In CCFS, I have never seen a return back. I do not know why. I can only guess why this is happening, but no one will ever tell me the truth.

I have some of the same issue, Do you know how stupid it looks to be the leader of a team and have no dachs delivery? I wonder how much ccfs has seen a decline in people playing

Honestly, I don't care about this game anymore. It's useless. I either play it the way it is or I don't. It's that simple!!!
