I completed all ten levels of the new Rachel Thanksgiving costume challenge yesterday. Today I then completed enough new levels to earn the 15 stars needed to complete the challenge. However I did not receive the costume, and now its not showing at all in my scrapbook as either completed or partially completed...its completely disappeared! What have I done wrong, or is there a known fault with this Thankgiving Challenge?
@Taittinger28 I'm glad to hear that. The next time something goes wrong in your game, it's best to join us in the help section. We always try to find a solution. In some cases we can help, but sometimes we are at a loss and our help does not work as we would like. 😀

I'm sorry that you had so much trouble and don't have our sweet Rachel Cinnamon in your scrapbook after completing the Thankgiving Challenge.
Have you already taken our troubleshooting steps:
- Check for and run updates for your device and app
- clear the cache (Attention: do not delete the data!)
- Force Close All Apps
- Turn off your device for at least 10 seconds
- After turning it on, make sure you have a stable internet connection. If necessary, switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
Do you play on multiple devices and can check your scrapbook on a different device?
If you've taken screenshots of your progress on the Thankgiving Challenge, I'd be grateful if you made them available here.
I've checked my scrapbook on a different device and although it congratulated me on getting all 15 stars on the second stage of the competition, I've still only got 350/450 points needed for the new costume. What is going on with this game? It there a known problem with this competition?
Hi @Taittinger28 I'm not aware of any bugs with this event. You seem to be the only player to whom this has happened.
