Thank You @ElenaVorona
I don't always look at my player list. Just when I look inside I see that a lot has changed. They are new players and they are just starting to play. The old players are almost all gone. There are only a few players in the Dachs event. The issue we complained about was the button to remove the players and the fact that we can't talk to them. That was actually the main topic. It was about the team. As team leaders there is nothing we can do anymore. This was mentioned frequently. Unfortunately nothing is being done!!!
We're more likely to manage 2 deliveries.🎁 Nothing more is possible.
Thanks for the explanation @MountainMom. I think I was the one to start the conversation prompting the topic to change with my post. I didn't mean to. When I noticed the differences in tasks and length of time in Dach's for the same team I guess I should have started a new thread. I looked for topics under support about Dach's, I read the first couple posts from awhile ago then the last few. From the last few comments I thought it was the right place. I apologize.😞
No apology needed. We share the frustrations expressed in this discussion, but we are also disappointed that contributors assume they are not being heard. We are listening, and we hope players can still enjoy the other features in CCFS while the issues with DDS get addressed.
I always feel heard by you, @DieOmimi and the other moderators in the community and in the other games.
I don't feel heard by anyone in the studio, developers or the like. Some form of communication, update, their intentions an explanation or anything pertaining to the issues at hand. When I'm told the studio values my opinion it means nothing to me. That's all we hear from them, we value your opinion and be patient.
I want to make sure I'm being clear, any frustration I have is not, I repeat, is not with moderators. I feel bad for moderators. You do the "dirty work" and communicate with us with whatever crumbs they happen to drop on the floor.
Sincerely, I thank you for the hard work moderators.🥰
@Kerrie, rest assured that we are listening to our players and that we are listening to the issues and passing them on. We know how frustrating the situation is right now. We're in other teams, but we're in the same situation as you.
We also know that our CM is in constant contact with the studio and if she has new information, she will share it. Our CM has a total of 9 forums to manage, so she can't be here on our forum every day.
We still hope that DDS will start tomorrow without any problems and that the A/B testing that had divided our teams into more sub-teams has stopped. Keep your fingers crossed that DDS can be played by the entire team from tomorrow without any problems.
