Hello There!
I am currently getting the bubblegum troll game but after accidentally closing out of one of the bubblegum level screens (before even starting that particular game) I am now not getting the bubblegum troll game levels popping up at all! I tried closing out of Candy Crush an and going back in - didn’t work. Any suggestions?
The same thing is happening with me! I logged on this morning and it shows the event but not any bubblegum levels and it didn't give me points this morning for logging in! Help please!

I experienced the same behavior at the Bubblegum Troll event as well. When you play on the map, you won't see bubblegum levels, but they are there.
I will share the info with our manager so that this graphics issue is fixed by the studio.

That’s what happened to me too when I woke up the next morning they need to fix this and I didn’t loose a level all I did was go to sleep
I've taken screenshots of where the problem is with me. I hope it helps the studio to solve the problem.

I replayed the previous level 7222 in the hope of being able to play the Bubblegum Troll level again. Leather is not offered again and also not seen on the map.

I am playing Candy Crush Friends Saga and for some reason I can’t see any of the Bubblegum Troll levels anymore. I’ve made sure that my game is up to date and I even restarted my device several times. Is there anything else I should do that could fix it? Please help!

I signed in to play. The team was close to the team award. I signed in a few hours later. I never got the team award. It's in the new team set. Very unhappy 😑🥺😔
So now the bubble gum levels aren't showing up. And it keeps moving back and forth between levels and the lights glitching. I'm near my modem and this is a new phone

@Ouch54, The team is looking into issues with the Bubblegum Troll event, but you are the first player to report "glitching." I am optimistic that the team will fix this event before it ends.
I trust you have a stable Internet connection and are enjoying your new phone. Sometimes unique issues are related to a player's device instead of the game. While we wait for the team's help, consider trying our standard troubleshooting measures:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your CCFS app. If so, then run them. I have my games set to automatically update and am currently running version 3.11.2
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) on your device. We warn against clearing your data because that is where your boosters are stored.
- Force close all apps and then turn off your device. Keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend a full minute) before restarting your device and launching your game.
- If these steps don't solve the problem, do you have the option to login on a different device to see if you have the same problem?
We don't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game because your boosters are stored on your device and will be lost if you delete the game. In contrast, your gold bars and progress are stored at King, so it is important to save your progress there.
