I am having the same problem with Bubblegum game. I have advanced on a new level since yesterday and should have had two to complete, maybe three. It does not load a new game. I have shut down my computer, restarted, cleaned memory, rebooted and still the new games do not load. I have lost points.

Hello there! I followed all of the recommendations to the letter and I still do not have bubblegum levels showing up. Quite frankly, anytime anyone from King support has had me do this it's never worked. My game is automatically updated so I know its not that. This is really really disappointing. Is anyone else still experiencing this? Any insight would be very much appreciated.
