I had a similar issue I got like 43 44 Stars came back to play the rest the next day and the game was totally gone0

I finished level 18 Valentines day yesterday...and today it was in level 7.0

However, you should be patient awaiting a response because it is the weekend, and the managers won’t be back in the office until Monday. Hello @Cazza01 - were you playing offline ? The event is still ON and all the levels are very easy compared to the regular levels. Pls finish them once again but ensure that your game is connected to the net.
Hello @Rosanadess - it could be possible that your game was connected to the net till level 7 and after that your progress wasn't saved bcoz you were offline.0 -

I am having the same issue! Completed the valentine levels and did not receive reward and the event has now disappeared from main screen and characters screen. I was logged in and connected to the net, have tried signing out and in again no joy. A little frustrating.0

I have the same problem... I reached level 16 then I logged out. Now I have logged back in I have had my progess reset to level one.. Please tell me you can help us?.0

I have the same issue. I got to level 19 went back to finish the level and everything had been erased back to level 1. Even my regular games did the same. Was on level 71 logged back in later that day and it was like I'd never played the game and was back at level 1 again. Now the regular levels are back to normal, but not the Valentine's game.0
