Ok, quick question for you all. Have you recently updated it? We seem to have an issue with the latest version connecting to the store, if you are on android please could you clear your game cache, you can find instructions on how to do that here:
If you are playing via iOS (an apple product) unfortunately you cannot clear cache the same. It won't clear until you uninstall the app. If your progress is saved either to Facebook or the Kingdom, please uninstall the app, reboot your device and reinstall it (It will unfortunately lose any saved boosters but this is the only way it can be cleared) then log in.

Thank you for telling us @BBURNS, I am sorry you had to go through this. Sometimes its beyond Kings control when there are so many devices out there things don't show up until afterwards. I have the same with another non king game at the moment, it likes to crash at times when I am trying to do something and its frustrating.
