I do not receive lives

I would say that almost everyone else playing this game never sees friends giving lives on that pink lives pop up that says you are out of lives. Programmers.... this is where your problem lives, render the code already in place and seek out the typo/ error that is stopping friends give and receive lives.  I would as a programmer throw in a parcel every 7 levels that award full lives refill if unlocked. Thanks for reading this. I don’t think you will do anything about it as this issue has been around for over 18 months.

How come I can't download my earned characters?¿?

Hi I can send lives but not receive. I'm new my game I'd is Catherine Emrich. I can't play with the new characters that I earned because it says the character hasn't downloaded yet. How can I get this problem fixed?
