Hi there, 2 days ago I've lost my daily bonus, and I can't figure out why. I've clearde cache and cookies. And the problem is on both devices Mobile phone and tablet. Help please
Hi @gundi1402 - sorry to hear you are having this issue. Just to confirm have you tried to force close out of the game yet. Disconnect from King and or FB and then re login so you see the ‘loading’ screen.
Hi @gundi1402 - thank you for letting me know. I have already notified our CM @QueenMia there seems to be small influx of these notifications but at this time it is believed to be an isolated issue unique to each players device and not a larger issue.
There is a list of bug fixes you can try in the support section as well depending on your device. I would suggest trying that as well.
hi @gundi1402 again welcome to the community.I understand your statement, Keep telling you, first check your date setting. i am sure maybe time is correct but date is wrong. make automatic network time hopefully your problem resolved
It is automatic network time. But I've tried to set the date a month forward, then I've had 5 lives?! I've read that in one of the other posts. And I have to change the time every time I want to play.
Hi @gundi1402 - seems to be a larger issue going on with your set up for some reason. Can you confirm you are still having the issue and which device (is it still both)? Also can you please provide your user id so we can notify the Superstars and CM to assist futher? Thx!
@firebombmarkus, @JustPlaying or @QueenMia can one of you assist here? Our friend here has an unresolved issue with both lives and quests. He’s uninstalled and reinstalled already and plays both on a mobile and tablet device and the issue is present on both. UserID info is above.
