Hi @LenaWeidman and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. I know how unpleasant it is because it happened to me. Unfortunately, when we change the device we always lose the boosters as they are saved on the device's memory and not on King's server. This way we can reach boosters even when we are offline. Therefore, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters. It's better if you just use them while playing or before you transfer to a new device so they are not wasted. Please remember this for the future transfers to new devices. You can read more about safeguarding your boosters on the link below. Have a wonderful day 🤗
