Update: So, I just uninstalled the app and then put it back on. The jelly queen is back, but it is making me start all over. 😖

The event is gone for me as well, tried all of the suggestions listed and nothing worked. This event is a complete fail, first didn't win her after 10 levels and then 45 stars needed and now the event disappears before it even ended.

Hi i have also lost the jelly queen 😕 I have tried clearing the cache restarting my phone logging off and I have played 2 levels so far and still no luck getting her back. I'm playing on a galaxy S10, version 1.29.3 and my player I'd is 1414418025. I hope this helps

I think I can find the reason why the event is gone. That is, when there is a new event, we should not clear cache on the phone because it will cause the event to disappear.
