With regards to the "Jelly Queen", I will need few more details please! Were you playing the "Special levels in Jelly Queen" event OR do you already have her in your characters BUT lost her from your scrap book?
Can you please give as many details as possible?

I don't remember exactly when it happened, two or three weeks may have passed. I played Rachel's special levels last week and I have it on my team, but Jelly Queen doesn't. I tried to uninstall the app and put it back on my device, but nothing, does not appear.

Hi @Alycetta There are some additional terms in the Jelly Queen event, if you do not complete them you will not be able to unlock the Jelly Queen character. After you passed 10 special levels, you had a rule to collect 30 stars did you collect them?
If so, let us know your game Id for testing.
