I have had candy crush saga on my kindle fire hd for a few years. It freezes on the first screen, the orange one. I contacted Amazon and Kindle and did what they said, cleared cache on apps, restarted it etc. They said to delete it and download it again. I cant remember if I saved it to Facebook and cant find it there either. What elae can I do to fix it?

First of All, Save The Game via King Account.
Go to Profile-> Log In with King Account.
Now, Beware that You'll loose your Boosters when you uninstall the Game.
Try Deleting and Installing Candy Crush Saga on Kindle Fire HD.

Go to Profile-> Log In with King Account.
