Few questions for my clarification and provide you better assistance ...
1) When did you buy your Galaxy A30 AND when did you start playing the game on it?
2) Were you playing from level 1 OR did you just download the game and played only few levels?
Can you please clarify these for me?

Hi @PummyRaj, I bought the Galaxy A30 in January 2020 and I started to play the game in February 2020 and I started from the level 1 and now I'm in the level 1300

1) Version you have right now (2) Your game ID number
** To find the ID number -- click on the Cog wheel -- then click on "Profile"... Your profile screen will appear -- then double click on the "King Emblem" and you will see your ID number.
