I voted for red as it’s easier to spread quickly on the board 😊🍓

The red jam is easier because it is easier to distribute and you can finish it faster. When I see purple jelly I'm sick of it. I do not like it!!! But I have to go through there.

I love purple jam because it just goes down on its own and feels the empty spaces which are easier for me. It requires more thinking about your strategy though.
