I lost my progress after uninstall the app

    Thank you so much for patiently informing me about all the details about your game โค๏ธ

    Unfortunately, the Friends Saga Community Manager will not be able to help you with this issue!


    So, you will have to contact the "King Player Support Team" to restore your game level progress. But, you can send that complaint directly from your game.

    To do so: click on the "Settings" -- (the Cog Wheel icon) -- click on the ? (Question Mark icon) -- Click on "My game Progress" under "Popular Topics" -- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us", and send a complaint from the popped-up box.


    Once you send the complaint, you will receive an automated email as an acknowledgement. You should hear from one of the agent within 3 to 5 days. But if you did not hear from them, please do send a reply to that automated email itself.

    ** When we contact the "Player Support Team", all we need is a bit more patience! It sure looks like you are so sweet and have lots of patience ๐Ÿ˜

    Hi๐Ÿ˜I'm sorry to bother you again. In your last recommendation to me to contact the "King Player Support Team" , you mentioned that l have to be very patient to get my problem fixed. How patient should I be exactly?๐Ÿ˜… Because they only send automated emails in respond and when I contact them again , nothing but same automated emails I receive๐Ÿ™„

    I wanted to know does a real person there answers my massage or an automated system? I m patient and would pursue the process. But I just want to make sure that lastly a human and not a machine would process my request in their team. Has been there a case with a problem like mine which has been fixed in past?

    I think if they wanted to answer questions like this,they would not have formed a Community to deal with problems like this.

    I think an unfortunate end(Believing in the reality of loosing my progress) is better than an endless hardship(Trying and not getting results)๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ž

    Anyway thank you a lot for your kind consideration of my problem๐Ÿ™โค Even if this problem wouldn't solve eventually , your kind responses meant a lot to me๐Ÿฅฐ

    First of all, Thank you very much for the kind words ๐Ÿ™

    With regards to writing to the "Player Support" -- few things I would like to tell you...

    1) Yes, they did help restoring the progress for many players, and I am one of them ๐Ÿ™‚ It was few years ago, they restored my Soda game progress.


    2) The thing is - we are not supposed to send many complaints from our game. Just one is enough, otherwise, they will get confused. Each complaint will be handled by different agents, and when we send numerous emails, they will go to different people. Each of them will think that the other agent is helping you ๐Ÿ˜ฎ So Sorry! I should have mentioned that you should send only one complaint and clarified that for you ๐Ÿ™


    3) So, now, don't worry about the other complaints, but stick to the first one you sent. Based on our conversation, it should be either on 2nd or 3rd that you have first contacted them.

    Since it has been 3 to 4 days, open up that first "automated email" and send a reply through that one. Inform them that you are still waiting for the help to restore your level progress, and the trouble shooters did not help. Please also inform them that you are directed from the King Community.

    You should definitely hear back from them today. I do not remember if they work in the weekends or not! If still nothing happens by Tuesday, please let me know.

    About points you made, first of all l'm happy to know this problem is solvable and even more thrilled that you could restore your levels and achievementsโค

    Now that this has happened to myself I understand what a horrible feeling it can cause and I'm sorry you had to experience this once , but I'm sincerely happy you could overcome this problem and hope I can too๐Ÿ˜‡โค

    First I need to explain something to you and then ask you an advice: Before I became a member of this community,I made my first complaint inside King website. I received first automated email then through which I became a member of the community but I have not replied that email* yet.

    Following your recommendation I made second complaint this time through game app itself and then received second automated response and I replied it . Considering your last comment I now understand the process involved in these situations.

    My question is now should I wait or l should reply the first email I received (one I received before joining this community,l showed with *)?

    I did explained them l couldn't fix the problem through community in the reply to the second email I mentioned above ,but didn't reply the first one before joining community.

    Sorry I didn't know its important to mention all details you recommended and excuse me for confusing you ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™โค

    It can be/will be confusing at first, we all learn with the experience, right ๐Ÿ˜ƒ So, no need to worry at all ๐Ÿ™‚


    With regards to the first complaint you have sent before you have joined the Community -- would be either on 28th or 29th (just checked your profile), which is about 10 days ago. Usually, the King Support team close the tickets after 5 days of inactivity. So, please do not worry about that initial one, and do not send a reply to that one either.

    But, please do continue following up with the recent one that you have sent a reply now. And like I said above, if you have not heard by Tuesday, please let me know.
