I paid for 100 gold bars and I received a text alert that the transaction was successful. Immediately after the transaction, Royal Championship said "Sorry, something went wrong" and when I reloaded the game, my gold bars were gone. I paid $14.99 for them and I'd like to know how to get my money back or receive my lost…

Lost boosters when no internet began
Friday was able to play RC Saturday began no internet connection and I have lost all my boosters for regular game play, had over 56 of the cookie and now gone!

Games not loading
None of the Candy Crush games will load anymore. They get past the first "loading" screen, then just cycle forever trying to load the candies, jellies, hiding pufflers etc etc. Could you please advise what is happening as I actually enjoy playing these games. My id is 1033761667. Thanks

Royal championship
Royal championship won't load for me either since the update. Keeps saying no internet and I'm on good wifi. I've shut my phone off more then once. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled and lost all my boosters and its still won't work. You told someone else to clear cache. How do I do that?
