Candy Crush Jelly doesn't advance to next level after finishing level 2638
After finishing Level 2638 in Candy Crush Jelly, the game doesn't advance to next level (2639). I am playing in Facebook. Clearing cache, use another browser, same problem. Pls help.

My facebook account was disabled and now the game has put me back to level 1 is there any way I can get my original progress back, it's also saying there isn't a candy crush linked to my email, I'm gutted about it
