I passed the level then it crashed and now i have to redo it
Passsing the level then it crashed and now i have to redo it when i did pay 26 gold bars to finish it ... i expect the 26 gold bars to come back ... but those didn't... so what now?

birthday bash flowers wont bloom
I have collected the required amount of jelly needed for level 3 in the birthday bash, but the flower will not bloom. Any troubleshooting help would be greatly appreciated! Than you.

can't progress to level 41
I was waiting for 3 days to unlock the next episode and progress to level 41. I had one hour left, and checked again later only to find that it did not unlock and the timer is now back to 3 days. This is very frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Candy Crush Jelly Saga
Lost my progress and was already past level 400. Tried Connecting to Facebook and it gives error message: Failed to connect to facebook. Candy crush Saga and Soda Saga opens and connects without a problem. This is the second time I loose all my progress, I am not starting over, can someone please help!!!!

I got a new device but my level progression was erased. How can i recover this?
Was on level 354, but on my new device it started me at level one . I uninstalled and re installed the app several times but this did not help. Can anyone help resolve this?

Candy crush jelly kept crashing last night, this morning update version and my 50 gold bars gone
My candy crush jelly (CCJ) was crashing yesterday. The day before, I paid for 50 gold bars. This morning, when I updated my candy crush jelly, the entitled gold bars has gone down to 5. What has happened ? When it was crashing, I tried things like clearing my CCJ cache. Does this cause entitlements to be wiped away ?
