Hello, I already have 3 special pufflers which requires only one to break the ice to open the level but even if i already have enough pufflers, I still can't crack the ice to open the game. Clicking the ice will do nothing. Please help!

I have opened treasure chest and gotten a heart with a circular arrow, but I don't know what this does, nor can I find it anywhere.

Why is level 601 having an issue on candy crush jelly
Level 601 on candy crush jelly is having difficulties. It won't let the jelly spread on the first part of section and I've even used up all my boosters to get past that part only to run into the same problem on the next one...Please help!

I logged in to play Candy Crush Jelly today and I have lost a whole bunch of levels since yesterday. I tried it both logged into Facebook and logged out and still the same result. Levels lost. How do I get them back?

Is it standard to loose all of ur Candy Boosters & Lollip Hammers wen uninstalling & reinstalling?
Game kept freezing at lvl 171. Had to uninstall & reinstall but I lost all of my spcl candy bombs & lollip hammrs that I had just won from the treasure box & the Cupcake Marathon, upon reinstalled it. Can I get those back? If so, how?

I lost my entire progress in jelly cause of New device ;(
My progress in jelly was sync to my account on Facebook, progress in candy saga (470) and soda saga (670) is ok, even on new device, but i miss my time with Jelly (380-400). Can i do something with that?
