I've lost all my progress on Candy Crush Jelly saga
Is there a way I could restore my candy crush jelly saga? I was on level 230 or something like that and my app kept closing although everything was updated so then I turned my phone off and on and clicked on Jelly saga and it took me to level 1. I have no login details for it either and now I'm put off to play.

Ask Friends for Lives
When I run out of lives and ask friends it seems to work OK but I never get lives sent to me. It used to work fine. Anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it? I'm playing on Windows pc. Thanks

Loosing levels and cold bars
When I'm plaguing Jelly championship it keeps saying Oops something went wrong and it knocks me back down I was at the last level a few times after using lollipops to get there, plus I pay for gold bars to play extra levels, it's so annoying, is there anything I can do about this as the tech didn't answer my email to them…
