    Hi there. Is the Royal Championship not working? When I click on the Arena tab, nothing happens! I have updated the app, but it didn’t help.

    Ever so often jelly really fails me. I have great internet service but it will shut a game down saying lost connection right when i win or the arena will take several trys to enter saying i have no internet available. Well ever since this arena round has begun i can't access it at all. All day when i try it tells me no internet. I've spent alot of money playing this game And at this point its gonna be money wasted cause as much as i love this game I'm close to getting rid of it. Anyone else have the no internet available issue this often?

    Would you please be able to provide a screenshot and your Player ID?

    Also please let me know which troubleshooting steps you've done and which device you are playing from?

    Is it through Facebook? Is your account synced to King account?
