Daily Bonus on Candy Crush Jelly

All of a sudden my daily bonus does not pop up until I've run out of lives instead of when I first log in. Running Windows 10 on a laptop connected to the internet through Facebook. Thanks.

Please check all Apps (including Facebook and Device Software) are updated and general device maintenance like clearing storage/ caches/ browser history etc...

Not having too many pages open at once has been known to help also and 2 GB minimum available space is recommended.
