The neighbors in the game do not send me lives. I send out lives every day, but I never receive any in return. Please add people who play daily like I do. Why have the game if no one can add neighbors? You need to fix this game.

This has been a problem for awhile, I totally agree. Do you have friends showing? If so, it might just be they are not playing. I will again, let our CM know. đ

I am sorry you are having this problem. Since friends are added randomly by King, we never know if it is players that maybe does not play often or does not even look at their envelope. I know that is not the news you were wanting, but we have no way of knowing and only can hope for the best in receiving lives. đ

I get your frustrations about friends.
I'm sorry your not receiving lives I totally understand how frustrating that is. I am in the same boat. I send but don't receive. The problem with this is, the only way to get lives is with fb friends the random selected friends from king are either not active anymore, have deleted accounts, or don't play much and don't send lives while in the game for a short time. We have a thread that explains all of this please read the post đ
Also the friends in our friend list is randomly selected by king therefore if you delete them they sometimes are added back. I have tried myself and they are added back so I just ignore them because they are not active đ

Friends in Jelly are added randomly by King!
If you are connected with facebook, then your fb friends who play Jelly, are also added as your friends in the game!
If you don't receiving lives at all or if you receive lives more rarely, could be because your friends are inactive or they do not play very frequently!
I have the same issue for weeks now. It was never a problem before? I don't get it.
