I've synched both with my FB account, deleted and reinstalled the app, but I can't get my kindle to acknowledge the newly completed levels. It's always synched in the past

It's fixed now. New levels were released. I just beat them all and it synched fine on phone and tablet

Hello both yes there is a known issue in jelly. Actually there are several issues at the moment. Please be patient the studio knows all about it and they are working hard to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be resolved soon and everything will sync and work properly 🤗
Hello and welcome
Jelly is currently having a problem syncing devices. This also applies to me. I'm at the end of the card with the tablet and it hasn't synced with the PC Window 10. I'm only in King.com. If you are in FB you have to save every level.

I see you said both are synced and logged in with fb account, did you make sure there are no updates available on either device? also ask you to check if you have enough free space. You'll need at least 2 GB. Here is a link from the help center 👇
