I deleted the app and reinstalled because my profile picture was not appearing on the map and no promotional videos were being shown for weeks, when I tried to sign in, it said “There was a connection error, try again in a bit” and it has been constantly showing the same message. I had reached level 7300. How do I restore my progress ? Please help.

Is your game up to date? That is, is it updated? Please clear the cache. This might help. Currently this game has some issues and is being worked on. I give you Jessica Moderator and she will help you further.

I'm so sorry your having these issues. Have you made sure that both device and game is updated? I also ask you to check if you have enough free space. You'll need at least 2 GB. Please make sure you have a strong connection. Like Peggy said the game has some issues and is being worked on so hopefully all issues will be fixed soon 😊

Greetings to @Princess_Jessica & @Spinnifix , I updated my iPad and checked the storage but the problem still exists. Below I’m attaching some images that may help to conclude and resolve the issue. I had reached level 7300, If I could somehow login to my account and restore the progress. Btw I have the game on my iPhone also (the image of which is attached below) , if it is of any help.

I had this issue once before and it was a connection issue. Is your wifi strong? Is your data service strong? This was the issue for me once 🤗

Thank you @Princess_Jessica , I also feel connection quality is the culprit. It’s originally slow in the country to begin with and to top it all up I have to use a vpn for the game that reduces the speed even more. XOXO
