I haven't been able to receive lives for a few weeks now. I'm on android and jelly is up to date on everything.

I sympathize Suzyduzy, I'm having difficulties also with CCfriends as well as CCJelly. Plus I just lost all the events on my mobile for Friends. My PC still has them. Unfortunately, Things don't seem to be running too smoothly at King these days. Keep your fingers crossed they'll figure it out.

I cannot get lives. I have 1 friend who sends me lives every day she is on and they never show up.

This started in the last couple of months. Not sure when cuz I've been in and out of the hospital.

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, you won't be able to claim those 16 lives due to the limit. You can only receive lives if you have fewer than 5. When your lives are full, the accept button will be darkened, indicating that you cannot receive more at the moment. We've mentioned this part here

Correct, I can't accept the 16 lives I have. I don't use lives since the Royal Championship was taken away, I think that was the name of it. Since I rarely have any special events in my game I don't play much now so there's no reason for me to use them.

*Side note for a different issue. When I watched an ad just now to see if I could accept lives my game froze. It's still freezing after certain servay questions and my only option is to close the game. When it happens there's always 3 questions. This time it was for skincare brands. I brought this up weeks ago and it was reported but it's happening again. I was going to play a few levels but since I had to close it I'm done with Jelly for a day or so.

If I can't get any friends on here I will quit all 3 of the candy crush games I play.

A brief description of the issue - Lives not being received. I can't send lives, only ask for them. I don't get the pop up to send them to my "friends" when I open the game like before. I haven't been asked to send lives either.

I've had these lives for a long time, maybe a year or more for some. All the profile pictures of who sent me lives are blank except for one. That's my profile picture! I posted it with my game ID to prove it. I don't know how or when it happened but I sent myself a life. How is that possible?

I haven't received any lives from my random friends list in over six months. In fact, I believe I've only received lives fewer than a dozen times. I consistently send lives with every login.If you require any further information, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for looking into this, such a let down when timed boosters or stuck on a level only to run out of lives.
