My multiplayer is not working. I have already contacted support, checked for updates on my device and everything is up to date. I cleared the game cache, restarted my device, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the Candy Crush Saga app, but nothing has been resolved.

Up to this week I could play my levels on any of my devices. Now when I progress they are not synching and only move forward on the device I am using. Also the levels won are not recording and my weekly total remains at zero. Why is this happening?

same here won race but no gold

I won last episode race and shouod have been given 25 gold bars but I didn’t

I also reached the last level at candy royale and should have been given 63 gold bars and didn’t get that too!!!

is that the way you want people to be frustrated, stop playing or spend own money to pass the level????
