I’m not getting life because it’s difficult to pass the levels

I lost my prize twice!
I have a problem with my phone that reduces its memory, when I play candy crush and collect prizes, the prizes disappear after a while and Icome back in the levels as well ! I love this game but I hate seeing my prizes go away every time I collect them, please help me with that.
