Had almost a 100 level streak. When I got to this level, it never generated the 4th cherry. Even after paying for 2 extensions, the cherry never came. Did I do something wrong?

Game seems to have changed since reinstalling
So I re-downloaded the game a few weeks ago and played it absolutely fine, I deleted the app and reinstalled it a few hours later and a few things seemed to have changed, the in-game animations seemed to have got quicker, the layout at the top had changed slightly and when I failed a level it gave me the option to watch 3…
