Lost Progress
Just got a new iPhone 8. I did not utilize Facebook to sync my progress. When I restored the backup, I was back at level 1. I was on or around level 360 before the restore. Is there anyway to get this back? No way I am going through all of that again.

So far I've used 30+ boosters on this lvl and have only come relatively close only once...wonder why I won't pay to play...So now, the plan is simple....I will use every booster I have and if I don't get the magic board in that time, I will call it a day with this game.

Crashing
My app keeps crashing in the loading screen every time I start playing it. I have tried to shut my mobile, to clear app cache, to factory reset Android. Maybe I should uninstall and reinstall candy crush, but I'm not connected to king.com or through FB and I'm afraid I would lose all my progress (I am on level 621), gold…

Do you know why I'm not getting my free play time?
I reach keys and it says I get 1 or 2 hours of free play ... but it does not happen. I use an iPad and I have noticed on it that my volume display keeps disappearing and I have to do a hard shut down to get it back. Is it possible another app could be causing these things to occur? Got any suggestions?

Not receiving prize..round two
Finished one of the special challenges last evening. When I logged in this morning, I received the splash screen saying I had placed #2. Hit the claim prize button and Nada. No time or boosters. Took screen shots..not sure how to post them.

Restore progress after fresh iOS install
I did a fresh iOS install after wiping my phone and am back at level 1 on all my Candy Crush games. I was ~level 789 on Candy Crush Saga. How can I get it back? I did back up my phone to my computer before I wiped it.
