Did not get my 6 hours unlimited
I had purchased the 6 hour Unlimited Lives and my game froze and closed. When I opened the application it said I had spent the Gold Bars but I didn't get the Unlimited Lives. What do I need to do to get either a refund or the lives?

Where is the platform where new levels are deployed first?
I've just played the level 3125 and there's no more in the platform I'm using to play (Candy Crush Saga for Windows, so I guess it's King.com platform, right?), but I've seen videos for further levels. That's why I'm wondering what platforms the newest levels have been already deployed. Thanks
