After the last update I went from level 1330 down to 1313. Why?!?! I have tried signing out and signing back in but no luck. Please help

Game Reset to the top when playing for candies/boosters. No Home Button.
When waiting for new levels to be developed, I like to go play other levels to get candies/boosters. WHY must the game reset all the way to the top after playing one of the lower levels? My Candy Crush game is delaying my moves for a few seconds. Is this solvable?
Every time I make a move it is taking several seconds for the move to be shown. It messes up following moves, if I don't wait it out. Very frustrating.
