Was on level 1943, was logging into Facebook through candy crush saga, and it put me back to level 1, I uninstalled app, then reinstalled app, but no joy, still back to level1, please help me back to my level

Problem with game play Candy Crush
My game loads, but will not allow me to play at my current level. The icon just keeps going around and around. I contacted support, but they came back with a response that was totally irrelevant. Anyone know how to get them to fix the game for me so that I can play?

I keep reading that there are more levels ater 2660, but the tooth fairy has had me stopped there for a week saying more levels available soon. What's up with that??

Candy crush saga, level 130 what are the 5 items suppose to collect. It looks like striped balls, but when I do get the blue striped balls, it doesn't reduce number required, so what is suppose to be collected
