I have been playing the europe challenge and for the past one week i havent been receiving my rewards when i receive my key and also not getting the bar golds after getting throphys. Assit please

I was invited to join the above-mentioned event 3 days ago and it ended sometime this morning. My team did not win but I will still get a reward in the form of a hand switch booster as consolation for participating. Instead of clicking on the “claim prize” button I accidentally closed it. Why don't you have the same boosters in the app version as in the pc version? On my pc there is gum , brushes and maybe even more that I don't get while playing via the app on my phone or tablet. Why?

What happened to the treat calendar?
I click on it but it stays on start. This has been happening for over a week. Previously there was no need to activate the treat calendar, it would start on its own each day on the first log in.
