My friend was on level 1310 and was logging in and out, using different devices, now when he logged in it said no account with that email. He has started again but really disappointed is their anything you can do please his email was stanchaddy@gmail.com

Dainty Bundle is grayed out on my iPad
The Dainty Bundle for $6.99 is grayed out on my iPad. I hoped that an app update would fix this but several have been installed and the problem continues. The Dainty Bundle for $6.99 is not grayed out on my PC. I am afraid to uninstall and re-install the app because I do not want to loose my level (2500).

i have bought bars and when i go to use them it says i have no moves left, this started yesterday
when i go to add moves it says no moves left but it shows moves ( no bombs on this level) it is taking my bars and not giving me any play. started 7-23-17 doing this

Why are my bonus features disappearing
Each time I get the chests or bonus round where you pass all 6 levels for prizes it will say I have 120 hours for example and then be gone an hour later, I'm getting frustrated.

I cant accept my lives it just keeps coming up with Fully loaded - Your remaining message have been saved so you can use them when you need them! I have cleared my internet history and also used a different browser and its still the same, can anyone help please.

Level 2638 can't use extra moves
I purchased several rounds of extra moves on level 2638 and my number of remaining moves kept going up (to about 40) but every time I purchased more it would crush the striped or speckled candy it bought but NEVER ley me play any of the moves I bought.

Advancing to new level...
I cannot advance past level 1640. I have completed the level but the game will not open up the next section for play. There is no option to ask friends for help or to purchase access using gold. What can I do?

Lost gold bars
Purchased gold bars and kept getting the continue screen without getting the extra moves. Lost 51 bars.

Using gold bars
Just hit the play on button and the required 10 gold bars were deducted from my account (I only had 11). I saw it added 5 moves but immediately came up with OUT OF MOVES with a requirement of 16 gold bars. I wouldn't normally make a fuss but I have been on level 1952 for so long and I thought that with only 200 or so more…
