Lost all my boosters
I got a new phone and have now lost all my boosters. I see from others that this is because those are saved on devices but is there any way to recoup them?? I had at least 50 switches, a number of lives, gold bars and other boosters. It is so frustrating to be starting from scratch. Describe your question in more detail…

Leaderboard is missing

I played Candy Crush a couple years ago and recently reinstalled it. I want to start on level 1 but it automatically loads me to level 246. Can u reset it for me?

My game wont stop playing by itself, I passed the level, but it has been more than 15 minutes playing non stop. It wont stop, and if I exit the game I will loose the level, and it was hard to pass it so I donºt want to guive up, I shoudnºt have to as I actually passed it

Candy Crush Saga won't load completely
For the last 2 days Candy Crush Saga does the Downloading bit but then stops on the next stage where there is a circle of dots going round. Today I have been waiting for 45 minutes and it's still on the same bit. Have not had a problem up until yesterday.

I can not get help from friends...
I can not ask friends for helping me, so I've always have to wait for 72 hours for further playing the next level... It said "I'm not connected with facebook." . but I really am... what can I do to resolve the problem? any help please, thank you!

No connection with FB
Since 2 weeks I can not play CC though FB anymore, it says it has no connection right know.

Gold bars are not credited when countries are completed
In the global challenge, it shows gold bars awarded when completing a country, but none are added afterwords.
