The game will not load my current level
I have achieved level 985 (using my laptop) and should now be on level 986 but every time I log into the game it shows me all the way back at level 140 with my photo. I can scroll up to level 984 and all the levels after that are blacked out but I can click on level 984 - but it has taken me ages to manage to get off 984…

I have lost my level progression using my new iPad. It says I am on level 419 but I'm on level 1000
I have a new iPad 2017 edition which hasn't synced to my old iPad properly as I am on level 1000 but my new iPad says I'm on level 419 also my iPhone says level 419 too although I don't play candy crush on my phone. You can check my account to see I'm not fibbing. Please help !! Sue J

Lost level
Hi, I have lost all my progress to candy crush because I was prompt to connect to my facebook account, but I have played candy crush under a condition that I did not sign up neither with my fb account or my email, in other words, playing it only as a guest. I am currently back to level 1 from level 485+, please help! :(

This is odd--new Iphone 7. Although my progress in the regular Candy Crush Saga transferred, all of the progress in the Mighty Mountain Europe subgame didn't. Any way to get it back?
