Hi I was regularly playing Candy crush and was at level 706 but lost my progress when switching to a new phone and logging into the same account. It now shows me at 265; is there any way we can fix this?

My IPhone 6 totally died and I took it to a local Apple store. They brought it back to life, but I am unable to play Candy Crush at my level i reached, level 1039. I got it back on my iPad and Mac Book, but not on my IPhone. Please help me recover progression on IPhone

Not receiving friend requests.
In the past couple of weeks, I no longer get the requests from my FB friends and I can't even ask for lives if needed. I don't even have the list of my friends. I'm using my tablet which I always use. Nothing has changed with that. This is very frustrating.
