Why my account can't show my profile picture and level on the left top corner?
My friends's account have their own profile picture and level show on the left top corner , and they no need to ask tickets from friends for the next episiode . Can you please help me to fix it ? Thank you so much !

Double charged for bars of gold to unlock level.
I was double charged for bars of gold to unlock level. I clicked to purchase it said there was an issue, to try again later. When I clicked it again, it went through. When I checked the game, I was double charged gold bars.

I hate the newest version of Candy Crush on my PC. It takes forever to load & moves at a snail's pace. What is wrong? Why can't I keep the old version? The app works on my IPad just fine, but hasn't worked right on my PC since your update. Help!
