How do you get your progress back after Facebook connect
i lost my moms progress in candy crush saga, I feel terrible she was on level 2500 or something like that. I made a Facebook for her so she could save her progress but it erased all her levels and made her start over? Why? Please help me..

Candy Crush Soda is not working right
I'm on level 560 and no candies show on the screen, just 4 purple (jam) squares in the two top corners. I have done everything i can think of to make it work with no luck, please let me know when it is fixed, thank you in advanced. sue aue1
