I seem to have lost the sugar drops challenge on W10 desktop app. I have updated, system OK, Can you please advise? I still have the other challenges, like Dexter etc. just Sugar drops gone.

How do you reset the Candy Crush Saga game back to level 1 again?
I don't know how to make it go back to level 1 myself. I've tried several times and it wouldn't work. I miss playing this game too! I haven't played it for a very long time either.

My phone had an update and I losee all my items. This is the 3rd time... extremely frustrating! Being webbed and password access one would think your servers would save the players status.... how do I get it all back.

New levels not loading
New levels are usually loaded every Wednesday on Candy Crush Saga. I am at the end of 2375 and no new levels have been loaded for 2 weeks on my iPad and 3 weeks on iPod (at level 2360). I received a notice "thanks for your patience new level loaded? Can't remember exact wording). Still nothing. Getting frustrated!!

I have been experiencing excessive delays when I open cc. I uninstalled and reinstalled (lost all my boosters and lives, been playing for 3-4 years, so significant) and issue still exists. Purchased gold bars, lives not showing
I purchased 50 gold bars to renew lives, the gold bars appeared but four times I purchased more lives and didn't receive them and each time the gold bars were deducted from my account. Why did this happen? Can you please re-credit me for the lives I didn't receive?
