why don't my treasure chests show up on my phone?

level 926 on computer and 925 on phone..
I passed level 925 on my phone and moved along to 926. However now I have a chest sitting over the spot to be able to play 926 on my phone but can play it on the computer no problems. Why is the chest blocking the path instead of the usual tap the chest and move on with the game..

All of my items are gone

Can't log in on iPad.
For about 1-1&1/2 weeks now, every time I try to log onto CC via Facebook, I either get "we are adding more candy, don't reinstall, your progress will be saved" or "logging in took too long" & I can't log in at all. Problem with the Bubblegum troll 3 hard levels prize
I did the 3 hard levels for Bubblegum troll and didn't lose a life. Clicked on 'claim prize' and it reset and asked me to start again. Restarting the game didn't help. Not happy as I had to use several hard-earned boosters on the 3rd level so I didn't lose a life.
