I woke up this morning to a new user face while playing. Everything is the same except when you press play the user face changes. Everything while playing is magnified & the treats light up. My phone crashed this morning. I interrupted an IOS update and it crashed. Prior to my crash I was proudly at 998. Now I'm back in the 600's. how can I get back?

All progress lost after connecting to facebook from king account
Because my phone was causing me some problems, i thought to connect to a facebook account i had. But that caused me to loose my progress after all. Is the any way to get my progress back?

Lost progress
I was on level 1043 on candy crush saga and when I synced to Facebook it has pushed me back to level 12 :( I'm absolutely gutted I've lost them all and don't want to do over 1000 levels again please someone HELLLLP!!

My father was at 1145 level and he sign in on facebook and dowloaded the game on his new phone and deleted the game from old phone. When he signed it from new phone he was down to level 123. lost all the progress
