Why are my treasure chests not opening? They are there, but they end up disappearing.
My treasure chests do not open. When I click on them, they disappear without giving me the boosters.

Candy crush levels are gone after connecting problems
I was over level 2250 when i got problems connecting. A friend told me to remove the app and replace it again. Unfortunately all my levels are gone and i have to start at 1!! Can you please help me?!

I was connecting candy crush with face book it ask about email and I clicked on it and went all the way back to level one I was over 1200 please help I worked hard to get there.

Boosts Not Credited
I purchased the Sweet Bundle but the boosters haven't been credited to my game, only the 100 gold bars. Can you advise further? I have contacted Apple directly, who advised I contact you.

Gold bars not showing up??
I paid for 3 sets of gold bars on 2/27/27, but only one set of bars showed up. How do I get refunded for the gold bars I paid for but never loaded? Or how do I get the bas to load that never did if a refund isn't possible?
