Hi I lost my boosters when I changed my phone even though I logged into fb. My level progress is retained but boosters are not available

Distorted King logo blocking view of game
there a huge, distorted "KING" logo blocking the middle of the screen on the Candy Crush game? This started yesterday (cannot see about 30% of screen because of the Logo)

lost boosters
lost all my boosters on my tablet. had 6 hour power last night. didn't play that long though. and went to play today and they are all gone..I know the last few days they get used without the check mark..but figured that out..guess I don't have to worry now..they are all gone..think I'm finally done with this game..at level…

No more levels available on tab/phone, but many on laptop
What is the reason for the big difference in available levels, laptop vs. tablet/Phone? I'm not able to play on my tablet or Phone any more (picture of wrench tool), 'cause on my laptop I'm a dozen of levels ahead. Is it possible to make all 'laptop'-levels available on tab/phone as well? Thank you in advance!

Candy Crush on Kindle Fire sometimes starts out ok, and then slows down, or crashes
Sometimes its ok and I can play for 5 minutes or so, then it gets slower and slower until it takes 5 seconds between command and action. Other times it abruptly crashes. I've tried emptying the cache but it does no good.
